Shit to Shine is a concept I come up with following some pretty shit times throughout my own life.
Over many years of seeing different therapists and studying the works of amazingly intelligent people around the globe, I decided that most of my life wasn’t so bad after all. I realised I had become fixated on the shitty times and not the good or ‘Shine’ moments as I now like to call them.
In this beautiful journal, I have broken down some of the simple strategies I decided to follow, which inevitably changed my mindset and changed my life.
